We will treat you with compassion and dignity as we familiarize you with our staff, procedures, and facilities.
Scheduling an Appointment:
You may schedule your appointment with Texas Oncology-Austin Central by calling 512-427-9400.
Before calling to schedule your first appointment with us, please check whether your health insurance provider requires a referral from a primary care physician as a condition for your seeing a cancer specialist. If so, please ask your primary care physician to call us with a referral in advance of making an appointment.

When scheduling your first appointment, please have the following information available, most of which is on your member identification card:
- Name of your insurance company
- Plan number
- Policy number
- Claims-related contact information
Upon receipt of this information, we will verify your insurance coverage and benefits prior to your visit. We will also inform you of any out-of-pocket expenses that may be due upon your visit.

Texas Oncology-Austin Central is located at 6204 Balcones, just off Mopac between Far West Blvd. and FM 2222. Handicap parking is available on the main level and in the parking garage.
